SNOD Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fabricsbyclassic.com and the purchase of products from SNOD (“SNOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the fashion label of Fabrics By Classic, offering ready-to-wear and bespoke African attire — including Agbada, Danshiki, Senator wear and combat pants. By browsing our website, placing an order, booking a measurement appointment, or otherwise contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data;
- Copy, reproduce or republish any content from the website without our written permission; or
- Use automated tools to scrape, mine or extract data from the website.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website for anyone who breaches these Terms.
Products, Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately, including on our shop and measurement booking pages. However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and fabric batch;
- Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without prior notice;
- Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time; and
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors, even after an order has been placed.
Orders, Measurements & Bespoke Tailoring
When you place an order, including through our Book a Measurement service, you confirm that the details and measurements you provide are accurate. Because bespoke garments are cut and tailored specifically to the measurements you supply:
- We are not responsible for fit issues that result from inaccurate measurements provided by you;
- Production typically begins once payment is confirmed, and lead times will be communicated to you by email, phone or WhatsApp; and
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error — in which case you will be offered a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway at the time an order is placed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. Full payment, or any deposit agreed for bespoke orders, must be received before production or dispatch begins.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Nigeria and internationally through our courier and delivery partners. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or by our team are indicative and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order is handed to the courier, although we will work with you to resolve any delivery issue.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because most SNOD garments are made-to-measure or produced on request, returns are handled as follows:
- Bespoke and made-to-measure items are non-refundable once production has started, except where the garment is faulty or materially different from what was ordered;
- Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition; and
- To request a return, exchange or cancellation, please contact us through our website or WhatsApp as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, designs, graphics, logos and images, is the property of SNOD/Fabrics By Classic or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
User Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the restrictions above, you agree not to use our website or services to harass, defraud or harm any person, to post false or misleading information, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNOD and Fabrics By Classic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SNOD, Fabrics By Classic and our staff harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
